Zecca Handmade Italian have one aim – to nourish the community with wholesome, quality, seasonal and authentic regional Italian food, using fresh, locally sourced produce. Working with local farmers and producers to showcase the best of what Griffith and the surrounding area has to offer.
Ben, Michaela and Daniel aim to create a sense of community, whilst representing their Italian heritage in the preparation, education and sharing of traditional Italian food.
They prepare fresh pasta every day, sauces, breads, preserves, salumi and cheese, and use locally grown fruit, vegetables, olive oils and wines. You can even buy some of the house-made pasta to enjoy at home.
