Can you tell your Cockatoo from your Corella? Your Diamond Firetail from your Brown Treecreeper?

Then get to Gundagai for the ideal birdwatching spots. With over 60 species of bird in and around the area (including 20 species of parrot), you’ll need to keep your eyes peeled!

The Murrumbidgee floodplain is at the centre of Gundagai, so a walk around the town, wetlands and parks will result in bird sightings galore.

Pick up a “Birding Gundagai” flyer from the Visitors Centre for more on birdwatching in the area.
